·       Retailers who may avoid shipping or delivery costs will be required to make a pick-up their goods at the office after importing them. Once your order has been confirmed you may pick-up your order within (1-3) working days from your order confirmation at the designated Agroking Uganda Ltd location indicated on your receipts and please come the following with you:

A valid National identification document or its equivalent.

A printed copy of your invoice

A printed copy of your ‘ready for pick-up’ email and without these 3 requirements no pick-up.

Where practicable you are required to inspect the items at the pick-up for defect damage and confirmation of specifications, otherwise you are required to inspect the items within 72 hours of taking possession of same.

Finally receive it at your doorstep for wholesale buyers and retail buyers who must have paid for shipping or delivery costs with military discounts offered to them. 

Security Policy;

We take all reasonable steps to keep secure any information which we hold about you. Personal information may be stored both electronically on our computer system, and in hard-copy form. Firewalls, 2048 Bit v3 SSL encryption, passwords, anti-virus software and email filters act to protect all our electronic information.

We do not store credit card information; we securely submit credit card information via the e-WAY gateway to our bank for processing.
